One of the few genuine examples of an Art Nouveau terrace in Sydney. An impressive sight: distinctive Art Nouveau detailing, porthole windows, shingle awnings above the bay window on the first floor, sandstone carvings on the facade that run down the building like viscous droplets of water, spherical sandstone finials, semi enclosed porch and a small turret. Next to the relatively spindly federation terraces its an imposing sight and well worth a detour.
